This yarn has been dyed 3-5 times creating layers of colors. The yarn is then conditioned to make sure the fibers are still smooth and soft. The natural dyes I used were indigo and cochineal. The Playful Pairs Plus is a bigger (4 ounce/113grams) hank and uses this more sophisticated dye technique. Please allow for variations from hank to hank.
