This set, like its sister set in fingering yarn was inspired by a lovely sweater I saw. The white is the undyed yarn. Unlike the fingering yarn, this grey comes from acorns and a little bit of iron. Pink comes from cochineal. And the maroon is from lac, another little dried bug like cochineal. I create the red by mixing lac and cochineal.
